H.E.L.P - Higher Education Loan Program (Apply Online Today!)

Cover College Costs with a CU Student H.E.L.P. Loan

Aurora Policemen Credit Union has partnered with CU Student Higher Education Loan Program (CU Student H.E.L.P.) to offer a private education loan program that gives borrowers a 12-month grace period after graduation, no penalty for prepayment and special rates and fees exclusive to credit union members.

When scholarships, grants and federal loans aren't enough, a CU Student H.E.L.P. can help you fill the gap. Private loans allow for a loan to be placed in the student's name and no payments are required while the student is enrolled at least half-time. These are credit-based loans, so <Credit Union Name> encourages all loan applicants to apply with a creditworthy cosigner to increase their chances of approval and of obtaining a lower interest rate and/or loan fee.

Apply online today and receive an online decision in less than a minute. Or you can apply by phone at (877) CUEDLOAN or (877) 283.3562.

APPLY NOW

You may qualify for federal student loans. We encourage prospective customers to exhaust federal student loan options before applying for a CU Student H.E.L.P. loan or other private student loan, as federal loans are often less expensive and offer the widest variety of repayment options.

CU Student H.E.L.P. is administered by CampusDoor. All loans are subject to credit approval. Lender is Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB. Equal Opportunity Lender. <credit union name> is compensated for the referral of private loan customers to the Lender.

1 The incidental loan can be a maximum of 30% of the requested loan amount, up to a $3,000 maximum loan amount, with a minimum loan amount of $500. Please note that if the Financial Aid Office reduces the loan amount at certification, the amount of the incidental loan may be reduced or possibly eliminated.

2 At all times the discount rates and cosigner release terms are subject to change. The on-time benefit must be earned. Cosigner release is contingent upon the borrower's credit profile which will be reviewed by the Lender prior to release. Loan delinquency, default, or the use of forbearance may result in the revocation of all borrower benefits.

3 Mississippi residents under the age of 21 may borrow with written consent from a parent or guardian.
